Breakout! at the 2009 Sprockets Film Festival
I’m back home in B.C. after the amazing Sprockets film festival and premier screening of Breakout. What an experience! I loved Sprockets. We saw great movies from all over the world and met and made great friends with international producers and directors.
Breakout was not only super fun but educational and motivational too. There were about 200 students attending the screening and it was dead quiet in the theatre. Everybody was completely focused on the show. I loved the facts about Canadian social activism. I am proud to be from this amazing generous country! Being able to participate on the panel was a wonderful experience because I was able to educate others about the need for education of girls in Afghanistan and hopefully motivate others to take action in changing our world into a better place.
Thanks Break out for spreading the word about Education!
